Mourgos (Malama)

Our boy shouldn’t be called Mourgos, but Malama (sweetheart)! He is an incredibly people-loving creature who goes absolutely crazy with happiness when he sees us. He will reach out his little paw for attention and even rest his head on you, making sure he gets all the pets.
His story is one of unfair hardship. Abandoned in the central square of Elefsina, he struggled to survive on the streets. He was abused and then unjustly labeled as aggressive by the very person who hurt him. After being evaluated by the municipal authorities at DIKEPAZ, it was quickly determined that he is not aggressive in the slightest—he gets along perfectly with everyone and everything.
Despite his bitter past and long days waiting in a cage at the shelter, Mourgos is ready. He still trusts us, loves us, and is eagerly waiting for the human hand that will show him the bright side of life.

Mourgos is looking for a human hand to take him out of his shelter cage forever. He needs a loving, responsible adoptive home that will give him all the affection and sweet caresses he was denied in his past. He thrives on human company and gets along great with other animals.
